VASCO STEVENSON BEY

I was born in Barbados and started my working life as a school teacher. I came to the UK in 1964 and after a short spell with London Underground I worked for an insurance company and later became a Branch Manager for an investment company. I got involved in health matters in the late 1980’s when two acquaintances of mine died of prostate cancer. Since then, I have extended my repertoire to include all aspects of health from a holistic perspective.

I also engage in body scanning (MOT). I have been a regular guest on radio and TV discussing health, aspects of black history, metaphysics and current events. My website is www.blackhealth.co.uk. Nowadays my time is spent making PowerPoint and Zoom presentations, researching and radio presenting.

I live by the maxim “Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food” as proposed by the Egyptian priest, teacher and architect Imhotep over 2,000 years before Hippocrates was born.
